- As a woman I feel the need to take a stand and do all that I can do to defend my family and all families against the onslaught of all things, people and places that are morally degrading--and which threaten the strength of families. My hope is that this blog will be a place for people to share resources, experiences and purposes which, will assist us all in becoming united in a determined defense for family wellness. We just moved here to Utah County last spring from the Austin, TX area. I am a native of Burbank, CA. I graduated from UC Riverside, in Riverside, CA in 2003 with a BA in Fine Art. I am the third child of five--I love my family. My husband is a gorgeous hunk and our three sons are his "mini-mes." I know that Jesus Christ is our Savior and that he knows each of us personally and he loves us. I know that families are meant to be eternal relationships. A very wise man taught me not to be afraid to standup when everyone else is sitting down. People are often taken back or take offense when someone like me pushes back against the current. I never mean to offend, my intention is to always defend the truth despite my imperfections.
